New Pricing for OKR Board for Jira

Price adjustment

At a glance:

  • We are adjusting prices for both Jira Cloud and Jira Data Center versions of OKR Board for Jira.
  • For Jira Data Center, we are increasing prices by roughly 15% across all tiers.
  • For Jira Cloud, we are slightly increasing prices for 5 tiers while significantly reducing them for higher tiers.

Existing customers get a 60-day price override to pay the lower price when they renew or purchase the app. They receive the renewal price override as long as they’re on the same user tier and the quote is created before the renewal override date (60 days from the price change, so the deadline is October 30).

Existing evaluators using Jira Cloud can also pay a lower price if they make a purchase before the evaluation expires. Existing evaluators using Jira Server/Data Center will see the new price unless they have a pre-existing quote.

On September 1, we will change our pricing for OKR Board for Jira. This will be the first time we are adjusting prices since our launch in 2019.

In the last four years, OKR Board for Jira became a powerful platform, bridging the gap between goal-setting and execution in Jira. However, we are not done yet — and each new release brings a handful of powerful tools to improve your OKR experience further.

To continue adding new valuable features at this accelerated rate, we decided to review and adjust our pricing.

Product Improvements Since Our Last Price Adjustment

Over the past four years, we have developed an all-in-one goal-setting and strategy execution solution for Jira. In that time, OKR Board for Jira went from a mere dashboard to a powerful platform that automates OKR tracking, reporting, and management.

OKR Board for Jira (for Cloud and DC) was released on Nov 1, 2019. Since then, we have rolled out:

  • OKR Board for Confluence. A free add-on app that lets you sync your OKRs into Confluence, giving you a way to integrate them into your company’s Knowledge Base.
  • Cross-Project OKR Roadmaps. OKRs work best when they are implemented globally across the entire company. With OKR Roadmaps, you can now easily align teams not only within your project but with other Workspaces in Jira as well.
  • Custom Dashboard. Reporting in an ungrateful job — so we automated it! Create custom OKR Dashboards and always have a real-time progress report on the OKRs you deem the most important. Need to share it? No problem, just email the dashboard link or download a PDF in one click.
  • Workspaces. Keeping all OKRs in one place can be overwhelming — especially if your project features relatively independent teams. With Workspaces, you can separate them into more manageable structures while keeping them on one platform. And, of course, different users can have different permissions in each Workspace.
  • OKR Levels, Labels, etc. Can you believe that we didn’t have all those tools at launch? We neither, and yet it’s true. Now people use them daily to keep track of their OKRs and organize their OKR hierarchy.

The only reason we have been available to bring all of this to you is your continued support. To keep bringing you new features while keeping our current update pacing, we have expanded our teams and are adjusting our pricing.

Our new pricing will come into effect on September 1, 2023. Existing customers may renew their subscriptions at our current price points until October 31, 2023.
